Standard ready-stock products are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Customized or made-to-order products may take additional time depending on the requirement, such as color matching, length selection, density, fitting, stitching, or styling.

Customized Order Timeline

Customized products may take approximately 7–20 working days for processing and dispatch, depending on the level of customization and product availability.

During peak seasons, sale periods, or high order volume, customized orders may take longer.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, domestic delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  1. Incorrect address or contact details
  2. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes
  3. Courier delays
  4. Weather conditions
  5. Public holidays
  6. Festivals or sale periods
  7. Natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Address Changes

Address changes can be requested only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
