Return and Exchange Policy

At Isha Hairs, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. As hair products are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items, we request customers to read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

General Return Conditions

Return requests may be accepted only if:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  2. The request is raised within 6 days of delivery
  3. The product is unused, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, unstyled, and in its original condition
  4. The original packaging, tags, bill, and accessories are available
  5. A valid unboxing video and product images are shared as proof

After 6 days of delivery, return requests will not be accepted.

No Direct Exchange

We do not offer direct exchange for products. If your return request is approved after inspection, we may provide store credit, replacement approval, or another suitable resolution based on the case.

Customized Products

Customized products are made specially as per customer requirements such as size, color, length, density, texture, fitting, styling, or any other personalization.

Because customized products are made on request, they are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once confirmed or processed.

This includes:

  1. Customized wigs
  2. Customized hair extensions
  3. Customized toppers
  4. Color-customized products
  5. Length or density-customized products
  6. Made-to-order products
  7. Products altered as per customer consultation

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products purchased during sale, discount, offer, or coupon code usage
  2. Products bought using store credit
  3. Used, washed, cut, colored, styled, or altered products
  4. Products damaged due to customer handling or improper care
  5. Products without original packaging, bill, or tags
  6. Accessories and hair care items, once opened
  7. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms

Sale and Discounted Products

Please Note: Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, discounted pricing, or using coupon codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  1. Order ID
  2. Registered phone number
  3. Reason for return
  4. Clear product images
  5. Unboxing video

Our team will review your request. If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition. Once received, the product will go through a quality check.

Refund / Store Credit

We do not provide bank refunds unless required in a specific approved case. Approved returns may be processed as store credit or replacement, depending on the issue and product condition.

Shipping charges, COD charges, customization charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images. Claims without proof may not be accepted.
